We were after a solid investment in a growth area with someone with a proven track record. A new home was a bonus due to greater depreciation and helping to find a quality tenant and of course, low maintenance. We were delighted with the quality of the product at the final inspection and to have a tenant in place prior to settlement made us feel ecstatic.
Now we just sit back and watch our investment grow with the area. We are definitely looking at buying another property from Denmack as soon as we can.
