Dennis Mackenzie
Director / Building and Construction Manager
Founder of Denmack, Dennis Mackenzie has over 40 years building experience in both residential and commercial development. Dennis is still at the forefront of the business overseeing the construction of each development. Dennis’ vast experience has seen him complete many types of constructions from sheds, to service stations to commercial buildings to luxury award winning residential homes to the flagship multi-residential projects being completed today. Dennis’ attention to detail is well known in the building trade with craftsmanship in his buildings that is rarely found in todays industry.
Mariah Goode
Director / Business Operations Manager
Eldest daughter of Dennis and Nicky, Mariah is also a registered builder whose passion for the building industry began at an early age stemming from her parents occupation. Mariah completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) which has given her a savvy edge to have in the running of the business’ finances. Mariah completes the estimating, budget forecasting, and finance requirements for the business. Her on-site duties include quality control and quantity surveying tasks. Mariah’s ambition and take charge attitude make her a valuable member and contributor to the Denmack group.
Mariah has three children Harlan, Hudson and Hope and she enjoys spending her downtime with them and her husband Rohan swimming and playing in the outdoors.
Danielle McDonald
Director / Procurement & Town Planning Manager
Daughter of Dennis and Nicky, Danielle has completed her Certificate IV in building and also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics). Danielle grew up helping out on her family’s job sites and as such developed an interest in many facets of the building industry. Her role in the business is to oversee the procurement of new development sites, working out the viability of new projects and then managing their conception into Development Approved sites, ready to be built upon. Danielle works closely with our Town Planners and various Engineers to get all future developments through Council in a timely manner, as well as managing the registration of any current jobs. Danielle also shares in the on-site duties including quality control in an effort to keep Denmack’s building quality to a very high standard. Danielle has two children Vadin and Presley. Along with her husband Rory they all enjoy spending time together at the beach and watching movies.
Jessica Kempt
Director / Office and Design Manager
Daughter of Dennis and Nicky, Jessica is Denmack’s newest addition and she came on board to oversee all aspects of the daily running of the office. With a passion for all things design, Jessica’s talent is put to good use by focusing on material and colour selections for all of Denmack’s projects. Working alongside a talented Interior Designer Jessica keeps our projects looking fresh, modern and stylish with her innovative selections. Jess’ attention to detail and organisational skills have proven to be a necessity in our ever increasing busy office and she is a valuable asset to the Denmack team. Jessica and her husband Nick enjoy spending their spare time playing with their daughter Hadley.
Rohan Goode
Construction Supervisor
Rohan is a registered builder and began working for Denmack as a carpenter in 2007 having come from owning and running his own families scaffolding business. Rohan spent his first years in the company perfecting his carpentry trade by working on our multi-residential developments as well as all Denmack’s custom built homes, developing his skills up to a very high standard. Rohan began his new role as Site Foreman of the multi-residential sites in 2013 and is relishing in this role. Rohan’s positive attitude, loyalty and leadership skills are an asset to his job and the Denmack team. Not afraid of hard work Rohan makes sure the jobs are completed in an efficient manner and to Denmack’s exacting standards. Rohan is an avid boatsman spending his free time on his boat with his three children Harlan, Hudson and Hope and wife Mariah.
